Prav infuses indie pop with soul and blues to craft songs built from words of experience. To show that it’s never too late, Prav took a break from his main career to release his debut record in 2025 and inject his upbeat energy into Boston’s live music scene.

At the age of sixteen, Prav developed an interest in music when he picked up an electric guitar for the first time and started learning to play blues guitar. Inspired by the likes of Jimi Hendrix, Nuno Bettencourt and John Frusciante, he honed his skills as a guitarist for over three decades. However, his deep love and passion for music led him to focus on songwriting and expanding beyond the guitar to several other instruments including the drums. His influences include an eclectic mix of artists such as David Bowie, Otis Redding, Sade, John Mayer, Marvin Gaye, Elton John, Sting, Aretha Franklin, Queen, U2, Extreme, The Black Keys, and Koko Taylor.
Prav is also a visual artist, whose most recent work includes music videos and the artwork and graphic design of his cover art.
